Location: 4465 Manchester Ave. in St. Louis, MO

Food: Poutine - fries with cheese, gravy, and knockwurst. This is a fantastic dish. I love going to breweries that serve things other than typical American bar food.

Apotheosis - Saison (5.3 ABV and 18 IBUs)
Bushelhead - Cider (7.0 ABV)
Oxnbrau - Doppelbock (8.0 ABV and 22 IBUs)
Stammtisch - German Pils (5.4 ABV and 35 IBUs)
Erlkonig - Weizenbock (8.5 ABV)
